At Clothing Sales Store, we want you to love your Hawaiian Performance Surfwear® and Aloha Attire as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed with the same aloha spirit that goes into crafting our island-inspired apparel.

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Final sale items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)

Our Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days along with return instructions. Please don’t send items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely pack your Aloha Apparel or Island Design Collection items in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for items until they reach us.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For exchanges of sizes or colors in our Hawaiian Athletics® Shirts or Island Girl® Surf Tees:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your preferred exchange item in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process your return (standard shipping rates apply)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, these items cannot be returned:

  • Lei – Garlands: Due to their delicate nature
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked during checkout
  • Worn or Washed Items: Including Athleisure wear with signs of use

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding restricted Asian and remote areas):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
  • Processing may take 2-3 weeks due to international shipping
