Order Processing
We typically process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your Aloha Apparel or Island Design Collection items ship.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. We ship worldwide except to restricted Asian countries and some remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Hawaiian Performance Surfwear® and Aloha Attire as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our returns policy reflects the same aloha spirit we put into our products.
Key Return Details
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original proof of purchase required
- Final sale items cannot be returned
Our Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days along with return instructions. Please don’t send items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For exchanges of sizes or colors in our Hawaiian Athletics® Shirts or Island Girl® Surf Tees:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your preferred exchange item in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we process your return (standard shipping rates apply)
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, these items cannot be returned:
- Lei – Garlands: Due to their delicate nature
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked during checkout
- Worn or Washed Items: Including Athleisure wear with signs of use
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding restricted Asian and remote areas):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD
- Processing may take 2-3 weeks due to international shipping
